Any paid project, ongoing service, software access, campaign, or other client engagement will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, order, or service agreement. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.
5. No guaranteed results
Marketing and automation outcomes depend on many factors outside DGI’s control, including your market, offer, pricing, budget, customer demand, responsiveness, data, third-party platforms, and operational execution. Unless a separate signed agreement expressly states otherwise, DGI does not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, savings, uptime, message delivery, customer behavior, or any particular business result.
6. AI systems and automated communications
The website may offer access to an AI receptionist or other automated system. The system may misunderstand a request, provide incomplete information, or be unavailable. It is a demonstration and communications tool, not a source of emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it for urgent or safety-critical matters. DGI may review interactions as permitted by law to operate, secure, and improve the system.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or other users’ information; interfere with the website’s availability, security, or operation; upload malware, scrape the website at unreasonable volume, or probe for vulnerabilities without written permission; impersonate another person or business or submit information you are not authorized to provide; or use the AI receptionist to harass, threaten, test emergency scenarios, or request prohibited or harmful content.
