Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DGI Unlimited LLC (“DGI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through dgiunlimited.com and when you communicate with us.

1. Information we collect

We may collect information that you choose to provide, including: your name, business name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address; information about your business, service needs, current tools, and the details of your inquiry; communications you send to us by form, email, telephone, or text message; and your SMS opt-in choice, the date and method of consent, and opt-out or help requests.

We may also receive limited technical information when you use the website, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page, and timestamps. We use this information to operate, secure, and understand the website.

2. How we use information

We may use personal information to: respond to inquiries and communicate about requested services; schedule conversations, prepare proposals, and provide customer support; send operational, appointment, service, and follow-up communications you requested; send marketing email or text messages when we have the consent or other legal basis required to do so; maintain consent and suppression records and honor STOP, unsubscribe, and other privacy requests; operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website and our services; and comply with law, enforce agreements, and prevent fraud or misuse.

3. Mobile information and SMS consent

Phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and consent data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide mobile information only to service providers acting on our behalf when necessary to deliver messages, manage consent and opt-out records, provide customer support, or operate communications infrastructure. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for us, not for their own marketing. SMS opt-in consent is not transferred to any third party for independent use.

If you opt in, DGI Unlimited LLC may send messages about your inquiry, appointments, service updates, and occasional marketing offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms for the full program terms.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some site functions may be affected.

6. Email choices and CAN-SPAM

Marketing emails from DGI will identify the sender, use accurate subject lines, include our valid physical postal address, and provide a clear way to unsubscribe. We will honor a marketing-email opt-out within 10 business days. An opt-out from marketing email does not prevent transactional or relationship messages that are necessary to respond to your request or provide a service.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain consent and suppression records, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the business.
